Sugar Momma

To celebrate Whitney's official new job, here is a picture of the ugly view that Whitney has to look at everyday while she orders her gross lunches. Raise your hand if you are jealous.

Rent This Van!

So, we woke up the other morning fed up with living in a house full of boxes with no where to sit down, so we rented a U-haul up in spanish harlem and drove to long island. It was kind of crazy. We went to IKEA, got some stuff, ate some meatballs, and then drove back to Manhattan during rush hour. So, here is a picture of the truck and the somewhat finished product of the apartment.

The Plight Of The Urban Sock Monkey

We just found this after setting up our little page. We feel that it is appropriate given the title of our feature film.

The Plight Of The Urban Sock Monkey

Welcome to the Future

Hello family. Welcome to the future of knowing anything and everything we do here in NYC without having to call every other hour. We thought we would kick off this ragin' blog session with a couple of photos of Whitney's home-enriching skills around the house. Her Martha Stewartesque feats have included but are not limited to refinishing a table we found on the street, making curtains, and finishing her quilt that keeps her warm at night while I sweat my brains out.

The aparment is great, the pizza here is even better, and it is OK that we don't have a TV because we an see the neighbors just fine from our kitchen window. Enjoy the pics.

p.s. One of Whitney's toenails has completely grown back, and the other is almost there.

Here is the high school art table in all of its pubescent angst after we had worked on it for a little bit.

Note the progress. We finally erased "If you read this you are gay."

We went to home Depot in our Pajamas.

It's a start.
