Our Life

First thing is first. Kipp got his mission call yesterday and he is headed to Tampa Florida. We are so excited to him. Florida holds a special place in my heart. He reports to the MTC on October 8th. This is a time of change in the Stodtmeister house. Kipp went to BYU Idaho and is now leaving on his mission, Kyle is off to college at Utah State, Rusty and Laura are getting married, Alex is home from his mission and starting his 2nd year at BYU, Ryan and I are moving back west for Ryan to start his PhD, and Rod and Gay are now empty nesters.

Last night we said a few goodbyes to some good friends, but we were able to drowned our sorrows in cupcakes. (This picture cracks me up). Thanks Jill for helping organise.

We are in moving mode right now. We moved our office last week to our new space on the 42nd floor. It is a little sad that I am now leaving, but at least I got to be in it for 2 weeks. I will post pictures soon. Our apartment is filled with boxes, and that is my poor excuse of why I have not posted in a while. We pick up the moving truck on Saturday and hope to be out of the city by noon. I will let everyone know how it goes. Ryan is announcing that this is going to be the most organized efficient move that any person has ever seen.
