We signed the lease on the house to move in July 20th, so we had four weeks to pack our life up and move 2 hours south. We shipped the boys off to Reno for a week to stay with my parents. I was able to get a lot of packing done and start to get organized. We also celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary by driving to LA and exploring what our new home was going to be like. We also went to the drive-in movie with baby M in the back seat. We worked and played while the boys were gone. It was perfect. Once the boys got back into town it was life as usual with dr appointments and swimming lessons but packing added into the mix. For two weeks at the beginning of July the boys had summer school at their preschool. The timing couldn't have been better. They would go to school in the morning and I would pack. They would come home in the afternoon and take a nap and I would pack. I was actually able to get stuff done during the day. I also have to send a big thanks to friends who helped me pack a couple of mornings.
